Purpose:

The Standard Disaster Management Course (SDMC) Guidebook aims to address the urgent requirement of its partner comunitites for basic knowledge on disaster management. It focuses on the conceptual aspects of disaster management, which is designed to aid Red Cross trainers with the trainings given to communities.
