To mark the 90th anniversary of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB) of the Thai Red Cross on 23 December 2010, RCHB has created a cartoon booklet titled “Be Prepared for Natural Disasters With Mr. Radar!!” with an aim of promoting RCHB’s work in disaster preparedness and response. It also aims at helping children and youth become aware of how disaster preparedness can help them and their loved ones.
