The main purpose of such forum is to enhance regional coordination, communication and cooperation between South-East Asia Red Cross and Red Crescent members. It is also tasked to translate the results of the strategic policy and decisions from the NS Leaders into operational actions to promote the establishment of safer and resilient communities.
