On 31 May, the Thai Red Cross Society, led by Lt. Gen. Dr. Amnat Barlee, Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), conducted a study visit to a community in Khok Kham Subdistrict , Mueang Samut Sakhon district, Samut Sakhon Province to learn about its best practices in disaster risk reduction. The visiting team was joined by Mrs. Dalad Kantayos, Head Nurse, as well as other staff from RCHB.
