SUMMARY:Grab taxi drivers training on basic First Aid | Phuket | 31 August 2017
DESCRIPTION:Phuket as one of the most popular tourist spots in Thailand\, saw the Grab taxi drivers training on basic first aid in Thailand conducted on 31 August 2017 in Phuket Province with the technical support from the facilitation team of Phang Nga Red Cross Station No. 14\, Thai Red Cross\, Phang Nga Province. \nGrab taxi drivers (male 11\, female 3) participating in the first aid training.  There were 6 key topics focusing on both technical and practical sessions related to standard basic first aid for 6 hours including basic first aid procedures\, bandaging hands\, feet\, head and arms sling\, the wounds\, choking\, stroke\, heart diseases\, CPR-cardiopulmonary resuscitation\, and referral and transportation to hospitals which was facilitated by four first aid instructors/ specialists from Thai Red Cross\, Phang Nga Red Cross Station. \nThis basic first aid training is the sixth training held.
